Had my bike serviced on June 3rd for both front and back tires. The service and getting into Harley Davidson of Edmonton was great. However, their technician did not put my front axle nut cover on correctly and it shot off while riding on the highway. I called in and emailed about this event. The individual I talked to laughed and said how the set screws that come with the axle nut covers are garbage. Well I bought the product from their store. He said he would send me a new axle but cover and did. There was no screw components as I mentioned it in our conversation. I called again for the set screws and waited two weeks after he said they sent them. In the end I bought new ones from a different dealership, as the ones from their dealership never did arrive.
Still working on at least a conversation. Can’t get anyone to answer phones. If at some point they do. Think the coming coming of Christ is here.
Update. They called me later that afternoon. The parts department staff is very knowledgeable and willing to work with the situation or inquiries. They had some parts available and others they had to order from the states. I paid for the faster delivery. Arrived in half the time they quoted. Had to come back again for more parts which is in very limited supply. Overall I will be a repeat customer and would recommend.
The folks here are absolutely top notch. I'm 2000 miles away from home when my gear shift lever shaft messed up. These guys came and picked up my bike and had it fixed in 30 minutes so I could finish my ride to Tok, AK. Thank you so much HD of Edmonton.
Had an issue with my Roadglide overheating. Called Harley Davidson of Edmonton service department to see if they could get me in before long weekend. Katherine in service scheduled me in on short notice and bike was fixed on the Friday before the weekend. Thank you very much for great service

Excellent buying experience and service. I haven't experienced this level of service elsewhere, and I'm not talking about just dealerships but also mechanic shops. Their pickup and drop off service alone is invaluable. The staff and owners make an extra effort to provide a great experience, and it shows.
For example, when purchasing a bike, they took a lot of time and effort to make sure we understood all the features and how to use them. And the sales staff are so friendly even if you're clearly just there to look, they make it feel like a nice hangout.
Great place overall, definitely would return for future service and purchasing.
I had a flat tire on the Henday and had to be towed somewhere, I tried another shop in edmonton but they were over booked and regular tire shops don’t do bike tires. So I phoned Harley Davidson of Ed and they said they would get me in today or tomorrow morning at the latest … once there really great service and bike got in to shop quickly. I went to work and within the hour or two received the call, it was done. I picked up after work and the bike was sparkly clean and was touched up where the sun had faded the fairing. An unexpected extra ! The tire was new and looked good ( a little more expensive then I’d like, but what isn’t today!! ) the service and how I was treated there, was great ! I have No problem recommending this shop for riders who need to get back on the road!
What a huge change from how Women were treated at Harley Shops 30 years ago!!! Good going guys!
I had the opportunity to ride this Street Glide Special! It was a powerful and comfortable machine, but there was significant helmet buffeting. The folks at Harley Davidson are extremely kind and helpful, and I was able to find an oil filter wrench for my BMW for ⅓ the price of the one at the BMW shop! Nice shop, great place! Have a look!
